I really appreciate the rain

10/5/10

it rained all day in Los Angeles
no classes, we just stayed in
listened to music, it was french
snacked on basil, feta and sun dried tomatoes
hung out on the floor with blankets(+)pillows
ate veggie sushi for dinner
it was cozy

rain makes me miss the east coast
the east coast makes me miss my friends
watch this movie if you have the chance, I really enjoyed it

all of that looks yummy and cozy, and one of the things I miss most about home (Georgia) is a good ol' authentic thunderstorm. We just don't get them in San Francisco!

This sounds like such a dreamy day in. That food looks sooo good, as per usual. And I love your vintage suitcase full of magazines :)

hi! i love the soft tones in your photographs! The east coast has been pretty cloudy these days too. I hope you can get the LA sunshine back soon!

Come back east! Really, if you're ever here visiting or whatever, we better hang out. We always have so much in common... besides the fact that I'm SICK of this damn rain.

And how did I lose track of your blog?! You know I've been following from the beginning, but for some reason you weren't on my reader anymore. Glad I noticed before I missed too much!

Sounds like an amazing way to spend a rainy day...me and the boyfriend and can listen and just talk over music for hours.

"listened to music, it was french"

Love love love it. And the veggie sushi pictures, too! They've got such a delightfully old school vibe. And is it just me, or did your blog get a revamp? Then again, I could just be running on lack of sleep.
