I was asked where I see myself in 5 years? 10 years?
a terrifying question, I like to live in the moment(+)I'm terrible at making plans for the *future
Where do you see yourself?

I am the same way. I hate thinking past today.
i have no idea where i see myself! i am really actually scared that i might have like a bunch of kids or something...lol

as long as i'm happy nothing else matters.
real nice picture!
Peace x

nooo idea :/
as a mom maybe? hopefully.
while i think we can do our best to plan, i think it's exciting how life can take us into wildly different places than we had ever imagined. case in point, had i ever pictured myself spending a summer in turkey? never. but then it happened + it was wonderful!!
I think my reader is broken... i missed he last three posts for no reason. I thought'd you'd just been away for ages.
In five years.... the plans for next year is so scarily delicious that five years seems to much to ask for.
i LOVE this picture. it looks really similar to a road i drove on in San Diego to get to Torrey Pines (you and Andre would love it if you've never been. lots of hiking, and pretty ocean views).
Yikes, that question is kind of terrifying, yet thought-provoking. Do you still see yourself in LA?
In 5 years I will definitely be successful and hopefully living on the west coast :)
So funny you posted this today, because I was just in the middle of starting a 5 year career plan. Hmm, I am not sure where I see my self, but I hope to figure it out soon. :)

Beautiful photo - i was actually talking to my flat mate about the future today when we realised that we only have two and a half years of uni left. scary stuff :S x
Awesome shot! I like the idea of me still taking photographs like crazy in the years to come.
I agree with you. There is no use fretting over the future. Better to live your fullest in the present and allow yourself a little surprise for the future. But lets hope you still have this beautiful blog in five years ;)
I find that question so difficult. I guess I will be working, finished law school, and hopefully soon to be married? No clue though! I don't really like thinking that far ahead, it takes the fun out of everything :)
Nooo idea. Life can change in a blink. Best not to plan too much, because things never go according to plan ;)
i don't make plans. if i did, it would be in africa.
Highway 1 is my favorite ever. I love driving from San Francisco to Santa Cruz, and I'm really excited to drive all the way to Seattle next month!
I am in love with this picture.
you know, i've always had a plan. but life is becoming more and more uncertain, which terrifies me. but its a little fun, as a friend pointed out tonight.
Man, California is the dream.
I miss it so much. And the photo is amazing.
-In five years, I'll be more mature, and wise, haha I think 'life' and I will be pretty good friends...Idk, it is a terrifing question..xo
oh gosh, I'm the same way, my answer always though is... "in 5 years? to still be just as happy as I am right now and loving whatever it is I may be doing" I totally live in the moment though.
I am SUCH a planner. Too much so sometimes. I envy your ability to live in the moment and am excited to find out what is in store for you next :)
I love how your California Dreaming has become a reality. You're one of the few people I know who are actually LIVING, and I love it. I wish I could be more like you, with being spontaneous and carefree, but I plan out every minute of every day, haha! It's definitely a habit I'm trying to break!
hey mate,
love brett. and being oceanside. and THIS photo.
rad.
and i'll hopefully be doing dani press full-time before 5 years is up. married, traveling, owning a rad dog, having people over for dinner all the time.
that's about it for my 5-year plan! xo.
