A Few Days in Palm Springs

2/18/11

light rain in los angeles. we're playing records, doing homework
billy joel, mumford&sons, beirut
.
we made lemonade this morning, m cafe taught me so well,
just add a few beets (who knew)
.
i miss how quiet palm springs was, this city can feel very busy,
sometimes overwhelming, I'm wishing i could sit by the fire
with andre
.
have a great weekend
+don't forget to laugh

palm springs must have been so relaxing and the perfect little getaway for you two. living in LA it's nice to at least have a quiet place to escape to.
i love the pic of you in the hotel room, very unique composition!

I adore your play list and intimate imagery. The snapshots of your life are lovely!
Have you ever seen Beirut playing nantes in the stairwell. I believe its somewhere on youtube. But the live version played in a staircase makes a beautiful song all the more lovely.
